There were no meals served here, but you could order room service. That said, the kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make breakfast and dinner sometimes. There were nice restaurants in towns about 10 minute drive away. We liked that it had a private beach on Lago Boolean, about a 10 minute walk through the farm to the beach. There were comfy beach chairs for each room. You could float on a tanning table in the water for free or rent a kayak for 10 euros per hour. We brought a snorkel and mask and really enjoyed looking at fish and things in the clear water. We had a nice outdoor deck with comfy table and chairs. The owner was nice and accommodating. We drove to Orvieto from here and it was great.

We were very agreeably surprised by the house, which is very spacious, comfortable, well maintained, well decorated and with a nice garden and view of Orvieto. It is also very close to Orvieto, 10min by car. We loved the silence and nature surrounding us at night - clearly a very relaxing spot.

Amazing hotel, quiet and extremely beautiful. The pool is awesome! The dinner is absolutely perfect. But the most of all - rare location!

Absolutely spectacular!!! The rooms were spacious and spotless! We had everything we needed. There is parking. The grounds are incredibly beautiful with flowers everywhere and a stunning view of the lake. It’s an easy walk into town. There is a pool. It is pet friendly. Absolutely delicious breakfast and our host was incredibly kind! I cannot recommend highly enough.

Simply perfect!!! Exactly what we were looking for a weekend of relaxing. And the hosts are so nice.

Great location, clean and very well equipped. Helpful and friendly host who also has a great restaurant in Citiva - highly recommend. Comfortable bed and sitting areas. The stairs were not an issue for us and we felt they added to the apartments charm. Parking was very convenient

The location is great, the owner and staff are so nice. We had a lovely stay here, enjoyed every aspect. We really recommend having the dinner at the hotel it was delicious.
