I can honestly say that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It truly feels like a hidden gem in the outskirts of Rome—something you would never fully appreciate until you experience it yourself. The atmosphere is incredibly quiet, cozy, and charming, with a beautiful antique character that makes the place feel both unique and welcoming. At the same time, the beauty of the hotel is genuinely surprising and far beyond what we expected. The owner was exceptionally kind and hospitable, making our stay even more memorable. It is the kind of place that naturally makes you want to return again and again. We stayed for just one night, but it left a lasting impression on us. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area. Words alone cannot fully capture how wonderful this hotel is—you simply have to experience it for yourself.

This place is heaven on Earth, it's so relaxing, beyond beautiful, the entire complex is extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff is extraordinary, everyone went beyond their limits and ensured a proper high-level treatment. I would highly recommend getting a massage from Leonora, she is divine, one of the best massages I have ever had! I was travelling with my dog and everyone treated her like a family member. I am definitely coming back, and thank you to all the amazing staff members for making my stay one of the best weekend getaways! The food in the restaurant is amazing and they have their own olive oil, which is delicious. THANK YOU!

This hotel was located in a rural area not far from the Rome airport. We had come from Puglia, had an early morning flight and didn’t feel like staying in the city, so we opted to stay near the airport. What a good choice! The room was very nice, modern and clean and the drive to the airport only about 10-15 minutes. Most impressive and unexpected was the farm to table restaurant on site. We had dinner there and it was one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in Rome. I am excited to come again in the future whenever we fly into or out of Rome for the restaurant and the hotel.

Convenient to the airport and beach where we had a great lunch. Fabrizio was a great host, very personable, great communication. The spaces were comfortable, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great shower. We highly recommend his place.
