Gorgeous little place convenient to Venice and surrounding areas. It's recently renovated and it was done to a high standard. The owner could not have been nicer and very sweetly waited for us after a late arriving flight. We would definitely stay here again. Comfy beds too!

The super friendliness and helpfulness of the hosts. Anna spoke a little English, and we spoke no Italian. Still, we communicated through Google translate. Anna gave us detailed explanations of how to get to Venice or Padua via bus that were spot on. She also tried to arrange a taxi to the cruise terminal in Fusina for us. When that didn't work, she offered to drive us. We asked for a bottle of prosecco one day, which was fantastic and very reasonable. Same with breakfast ... great selection at a modest price. Lastly, Anna and her husband run L'ora della Pizza just a kilometer away. If you love wood-fired pizza, this is a must! We can't think of a better, thinner crust we've had anywhere.

Excellent breakfast and dinner, very nice staff, outstanding view especially for birdwatchers, very good place to reset yourself and charge your batteries.

The staff were so friendly and helpful they told us of the best places to eat, the beach was amazing and so awesome to have reserved chairs. They let us rent very nice bikes for a good price. Oh yum breakfast everyday such perfect cakes and bread meat cheese eggs cappuccino’s juice yogurt wow what a breakfast.

The room was big enough and clean. The hosts were very nice and polite. Breakfast (sweet and salty) is included in the price.
