Hot tub! Close to the Accademia and some restaurants, although the place is hidden in the labyrinth of very narrow streets. 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2.

The location was great, less than a 10 minute walk to St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. The apartment was extremely spacious. The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Its prime location is truly unbeatable—just steps away from delightful restaurants, a well-stocked grocery store, and the convenient Vaporetto terminal, allowing for seamless exploration of the city. Giulia, who manages the rental apartments, was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we booked, she reached out well in advance to ensure every detail of our trip was taken care of, even arranging smooth and stress-free airport transfers. Her warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness made our experience all the more enjoyable, as she was readily available to assist with any questions throughout our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this stunning apartment and its wonderful surroundings. Given the chance, I would return in a heartbeat!

It was a beautiful spacious apartment with a great balcony. Everything was perfect from the variety of cooking utensils in the kitchen to the comfortable beds in the bedroom. We loved the location near the beach, above the grocery store and restaurant, and near the ferries to venice. It was excellent! We would stay again!

It is close to the train station, making it an easy walk with your luggage. Quick walk to the main areas, but far enough away you aren’t always around all the other tourists. Great little apartment for a family or those wanting to save some money by not eating out for every meal. One side of the apartment opened onto a canal as well. So that was a nice touch.

Our stay at this Venice apartment was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal—close to the vaporetto, shops, and great restaurants, yet quiet enough to relax after a long day exploring the city. Check-in was smooth and simple, and the host was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We especially loved the cozy atmosphere and the charming Venetian touches around the apartment. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice!

You feel like being in another year, full of luxury. The apartment is really well decorated and very confortable too. The best is the location

It was very clean, we had everything we needed and more, there’s an ac, a fridge, microwave and cutlery. It is very close to the bus stop for going to Venice and also very close to the train station Venezia Mestre. A lot of nice restaurants close by and a big supermarket also. Many little stores 24/7 on the way from the train station.

Our entire stay at the apartment was amazing. Not only was the interior design and decoration beautiful, but the location was excellent and the host was incredibly friendly and considerate. We met her at the boat bus stop near the apartment, and she kindly guided us to the property. 　After explaining all the facilities in the apartment, she provided us with a Venice map and gave helpful recommendations on places to visit and things to see. She even arranged waterproof boots and umbrellas for us, which allowed us to walk through the flooded areas around Piazza San Marco on a rainy day. 　Her thoughtful arrangements made our Venice experience truly unforgettable.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need although we didn’t cook. lol. Bathroom was nice and tub and shower was large. Would stay again and very close to attractions.

excellent location. friendly and helpful owner. The decor is a tad eclectic but in a nice fun way. I suggest you take the water taxi to Rialto. We arrived at 5pm and getting there through st marco Square wasn't great.

This was a fabulous location near the square. The host was extremely helpful, and always available. This is a newly renovated property, so everything was brand new. Our unit had a great patio, with a view of the tower.

It is very close to the action but not inside the crowds noise. Very nice apartment by the canal. There are stores and restaurants close by.
