In the heart of San Marco, a few steps from Piazza San Marco (which can be accessed without having to cross bridges) and the famous La Fenice Theater, is the "Luxury Loft with Terrace". A luxurious top floor with exposed beams and a terrace from which you can see both the San Marco and San Moisè bell towers. The building overlooks a quiet Venetian street.
I am lucky enough to have been born and raised in Venice, the most beautiful city in the world. I love Venice because, thanks to its uniqueness, it allows me to discover new beauties every day! I love my house, which I decorated personally taking care of every little detail. I am very happy to provide valuable advice on the most traditional places to visit to give my guests a unique experience, just like Venice!
The apartment with independent entrance overlooks a quiet and peaceful Venetian street, in the heart of San Marco but away from the confusion of tourist flows. The Luxury Loft is located a few steps from the famous La Fenice Theater and two minutes walk from Piazza San Marco. The Rialto Bridge can be reached in 5 minutes, being only 600m away
