The property is simply beautiful. It is out of the way, but it is also entirely accommodating. We had a car, so we went exploring every day, and there are many good places to see relatively close. The staff was so friendly.

Tenuta Luogo Marchese is well located between the medieval town of Castelbuono and the famous see side town of Cefalu. A very quiet place hidden in the hills. Lucia and Archimedes took a great care of us. We have tried several restaurants in the area, but the dinners served at this agriturismo were absolutely fantastic! The chef is a cooking genius cooking with his heart. Be ready for full four course menu dinner, he cannot do any smaller, I think :-) Local wine served with the dinner could easily take a contest in a wine competition.

Foresteria Mongerrati is located in Isnello, just 15 miles from La Rocca and 15 miles from Bastione Capo Marchiafava. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property.

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed in. An oasis of calm. It's a beautiful location with a unique feel. The staff are extremely helpful and the quality of the food is superb. I'm already thinking about coming back. The puppy Nerina was an extra treat for those of us who are dog lovers !

This was absolutely the best night of our trip. I can’t recommend this place more! Mario and Julia are so kind. We talked to Mario for hours during dinner (which was exceptional) even though we’re beginners at speaking Italian, Mario knows some English and it made for a wonderful conversation. We truly had a special time. I hope we’ll be back one day.
