Patrizia is an incredible host. The room we stayed at was spacious with great AC in the middle of August. Patrizia was available to answer all of our questions and helped us with our mode of transportation. The property needs a car/taxi to get to as it is a few minute drive from the city center. Overall great experience for the value.

It was clean, simple, pleasant. Not fancy, no dramatic views. But set amongst more than 1000 olive trees – and at least one fig tree overflowing with delicious figs :-) The pool is lovely. The hosts were lovely. The breakfast was too. Proximity to Scarlino Marina was great for a few nice dinner options.
