I can honestly say that this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. It truly feels like a hidden gem in the outskirts of Rome—something you would never fully appreciate until you experience it yourself. The atmosphere is incredibly quiet, cozy, and charming, with a beautiful antique character that makes the place feel both unique and welcoming. At the same time, the beauty of the hotel is genuinely surprising and far beyond what we expected. The owner was exceptionally kind and hospitable, making our stay even more memorable. It is the kind of place that naturally makes you want to return again and again. We stayed for just one night, but it left a lasting impression on us. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the area. Words alone cannot fully capture how wonderful this hotel is—you simply have to experience it for yourself.

It was stunning, the property clean and well organized, everything organic even soap which i like how they try to save environment, no use of plastic We had nice breakfast most of it maid locally in their place, jam, yogurt, olive oil “which i like and purchase one for our home” , the place so green and refreshing

It’s a beautiful property set in a secluded area with gardens and orchards. They have a turtle and frog pond along with farm animals. The rooms are nicely decorated with a large bed and bathroom. The restaurant is very good and features fresh farm ingredients. The chef is very creative with the delicious dishes. It was a perfect place to be after the chaotic beauty that is Rome’s Centro.

We had such a wonderful stay at this lovely property and felt so at home! The two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of four, and our meals in the restaurant were amazing. We had our own car, so the peaceful location was ideal for visiting relatives in Velletri and Cisterna. We left wishing we could stay longer and hoping to return someday soon!
