This place was just spectacular!!! Let me preface this by saying I’m the researcher and planner for our vacays and I’m not easy going. Subies absolutely did not disappoint! This old house that has been in Juan’s family for generations was recently renovated and it is decorated just oh so beautifully! Many of the furniture has been made by Juan and the pride he holds for his home and his island is simply lovely! He greeted us warmly and was super accessible and responsive throughout our stay. From helping with day trip plans to helping with restaurant reservations, we could not ask for more. The breakfasts were delicious and the common areas so comfortable, beautifully decorated and welcoming. Our bed was super comfortable and our room was tranquil and quiet. I wanted a spot away from the city that would be a good base camp for exploring the various parts of the island. Subies proved to be an excellent choice. We have so many places to visit on our bucket list but I do hope we get back here some day!

The property was gorgeous - the modern restoration of the historic buildings was well done (and I'm an architectural designer so I have actual training to make that assessment! :) ) Nice plumbing fixtures, good beds, kitchen well appointed with everything we needed (and more!) The breakfast delivery option was SO nice - a fun way to discover local specialties and a really nice way to adjust easily the morning after arrival from abroad (the US) without having to rush out to find food. The host couldn't have been more cordial, accommodating, and helpful! He gave us wonderful tips on things to do in the area, helped to make sure we could appropriately celebrate our son's birthday (the morning after arrival!), gave us recommendations for restaurants, etc. The one or two TINY TINY issues we had upon arrival (so minor I don't even want to say them because they really didn't bother us much, and I only mention them to say how attentive the host was to reconcile them) were immediately addressed AND, though he didn't need to, he paid for our first breakfast for the trouble (totally unnecessary but appreciated!) We would absolutely stay here again (and again, and again!) Definitely check out the caves (Coves de Campanet) that were close by as they were way less crowed (also fabulous!) than the ones that are more famous and much farther from the property. And there are really nice places to walk on the property itself. Likewise, the pool was fabulous. To top it off, it's a historic property that's been in the family for hundreds of years, and they are only recently starting to share it with others as an agritourismo! There's even a little chapel on-site (we didn't go in/we aren't religious but it was beautiful to amplify the gorgeous architecture of the setting from the pool, etc.) and a ping pong table near the pool. so much fun! So enjoy getting to stay in this special place with a lovely family.

A beautiful place to stay for a relaxing time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Relatively small B&B in a large park, very beautifully maintained. Gorgeous buildings and gardens. Excellent breakfast, with beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms. Very friendly staff, no stress and calm surroundings. A bit off the beaten path but easily reachable by car. Ten minute drive to Portocolom and its beaches. If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place in that aera of Mallorca, this is it.

Perfect place to stay in the area if you want to explore but relax as well. The property is wonderful, its peaceful, quiet, clean and confortable. The golf just beside is a little plus too :)

The place exceeded our expectations. We had a big room with small kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful furniture and a a coffee machine. We had local snacks at our arrival, very welcoming check-in. The pool was amazing with a beautiful scenery opening from its territory. And the breakfast was the best we have ever had while traveling in Mallorca (we had been on the island three times before) with a lot of local products, the only place were we had proper pan con tomato - there is a special grill for the pan. Thank you for the hospitality, I hope to come back to this beautiful place.
