I really enjoyed the Spa area with a pool, sauna and steam bath. House keeping was available until late afternoon which was amazing for my schedule. Good tea and coffee options in the room, decent breakfast buffet.

It was easy to find the hotel by car. No problems at the check-in. The rooms were great. Spacious. Clean. Breakfast was excellent. The food quality is extremely good. The staff were very polite. What really left an impression was that everyone speaks excellent English, although, being a Serb I had no issues understanding Bulgarian. All of them work really hard to be of service and that is greatly appreciated.

Beautiful, sleek, modern hotel centrally located that is sparkling clean. The bed was very comfortable. Every single person who works there is kind, friendly and above all helpful.
