5-Star Hotels in Campinas

Great design, excellent facilities, phenomenal staff, especially Eduardo, Fran, Luis, Thomaz and the friendly employee, with ponytails, in the restaurant during breakfast. It was Easter and, when I arrived at my suite, I found a beautiful Easter egg with a personalized card, with my name written by hand! I had two problems - one, with a request to the kitchen through room service, and other, with parking, which is in partnership with the hotel -, but these were problems effectively alleviated by the reception, with Luis and Thomaz, and by the management assistants, with the platonism Fran and with Eduardo. In the city of Campinas, state of Sao Paulo, Brasil, it is the most expensive hotel, but, on the other hand, the best rated by Booking! The team deserves the excellent rating the hotel has on Booking.
