It made a change not to be staying “miles” in the sky as this is a low level hotel, with quite a spread footprint - quite surprising for China and especially the outskirts of Shanghai. Very surreal place when we were there because we thought we were only in a handful of guests - breakfast dispelled that. Dinner in the Bar and Breakfast were both good. Room was very nice more like a suite - so it took a little longer to do a departure sweep, despite only being there one night :-)

Oh wow, what didn't I like??? This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The staff goes above and beyond at every oppurtunity, treating everyone like royalty. The rooms were immaculate. The in-room dining was DELICIOUS, the BEST I've had at any hotel and I have *LIVED* in 8 countries.The building decor is stunning. If you need anything, someone is there 24/7 with an eager spirit to help!

Location for those who need to be reliable to travel( airport and train station are close by 10 min by walking+METRO)! At night time is very quiet!!! Clean hotel!!! restroom is bathrooms are very comfortable and hot water and the shower is stable.Different pillows can reach any needs. Breakfast is very delicios and atmosphere is Magical! Highly Recommended! Also view on breakfast from window of Departure flights make it very specials
