Nothing. The room was filthy dirty. The bathroom codiments were half used by previous guests. When my party complained there was little apology and even when the room was upgraded I was charged for the upgrade. The breakfast was worse than a 2 star chain hotel. This hotel is nowhere near a 5 star I shall never stay in a Sowell hotel again.

5 Star hotel in the middle of a medieval walled township, dead CENTRE in the township. A lot of dining options very close by. We dined at the Michelin restaurant in the Hotel to get the full experience, loved it. The bar has character, set in an old library. Outdoor terrace and its views are to die for.
