The breakfast buffet is great, the upstairs cafe is nice for cocktails and a smaller more personal meal option, and the outdoor pool area is perfect for relaxing, visiting, cooling off, and having a drink. The distance from the airport is short but the hotel feels far away and is quiet and maintains a beautiful environment. The work out gym is especially helpful for recovering from long plane rides and jetlag.

The hotel decor and ambiance is sublime, luxurious and amazing, i loved the hotel room decor and the view from the room was amazing , all the amenities and complementary waters, the swimming pool is breathtaking, staying at this wonderful hotel really felt like an escape in a mysterious adventurous vintage Jakarta style , but everything was comfortable , it was dreamy, im very satisfied

Upon arrival at the hotel, everything was amazing. We were greeted with a cold towel and lovely fresh drink. We were then taken to our (upgraded!) room and offered a tour of the hotel grounds to get the lay of the land. The buildings and facilities are absolutely gorgeous and unique. Upon completion of the tour, we sat down for the included afternoon tea service at Babah Koffie which was so much more than I was expecting - it was almost like a meal! We had dinner at the other restaurant in the hotel, Jajaghu Restaurant. The green prawn curry and butter chicken curry dishes were wonderful! Breakfast the next morning was included and was also amazing. The coffee was to die for and we purchased some bags of coffee beans from their shop to take home. They allowed us a late check out and we also booked 30 minute massages for each of us, which were much more extensive than I was expecting. The back/neck massage was perfect before our long evening flight home. Wish we had booked a longer stay here!
