The hotel decor and ambiance is sublime, luxurious and amazing, i loved the hotel room decor and the view from the room was amazing , all the amenities and complementary waters, the swimming pool is breathtaking, staying at this wonderful hotel really felt like an escape in a mysterious adventurous vintage Jakarta style , but everything was comfortable , it was dreamy, im very satisfied

The room and the cleanliness, the view was perfect in the evening. Location was perfect, close to GI, PI and HI.

Room was big, bed was comfortable.

Staying at Pullman Jakarta was a fantastic experience, especially given its prime location. Nestled near two of Jakarta's largest malls, Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia, I had endless shopping and dining options just a short walk away.The hotel itself was modern and stylish, with spacious rooms that offered stunning views of the city skyline. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. One of the best features was the easy access to Bundaran HI, a major landmark in Jakarta. It made exploring the city convenient, and I enjoyed leisurely strolls around the area. The proximity to the MRT and busway was also a huge plus, allowing me to navigate the city effortlessly.

Everything! Food, the room bed and bathroom (superbbbbb), facilities and the amazing staffs so helpfull and warm.

From my perspective, The room is very clean, you can use all the utilities, you can eat with a dinning table so it won't be hard, you can invite friends, they offer buffet breakfeat and specially it is spacious. almost the same price with other hotel but with little space for a group of 3. To add it is beside the mall so you have an easy access to foods. It also a offer a great view of the city.

The hotel is located just right next to a huge shopping mall. The hotel's room is spacious and has nice design with comfortable bed. The bathroom is also quite spacious. The breakfast spread really has very good selection and it was a nice hotel in a good and convenient location.

Me and my son were there for a staycation since we did not have plan to go abroad or out of town. Upon checked in, we got a pleasent surprise from the Guest Experience as a selected guest to be upgraded to suite and receive complimentary snack in the pool restaurant (I suspected because my son wore an elf hat 😁), thanks you so much! On top of that because the next day was my birthday, the Guest Experience sent a birthday cake to our room, another nice surprise! Aside from the perks, I think Melia can turn into a family staycation destination as it has nice ambience, food and staffs are so friendly, by perhaps add few more children attraction. All in all, lovely stay ♥️
