Clean organized hotel, super friendly and supportive staff (security, helpers, reception, cleaners, room service), excellent wifi, well decorated corridors and rooms. Big thanks to Ms. Manal for her wonderful reception during check-in, Mr. Fahad and Hamza for their outstanding support whenever needed and all security staff outside and inside the hotel.

Location，staff were very friendly，surely the hall personnel and the entrance personnel，helped always with guiding the parking！

Amazing staff great layout of the hotel. The bed was great slept like a baby. Highly recommend.

The hotel was centrally located with easy access to main malls nearby by petit taxi.

The terrace was great - nice size pool with a bar that was great to hang out in the afternoon or evening. The location of the hotel was great, easy to walk to main attractions or to catch a taxi. The beds were very comfy.

Hospitality was amazing, Abdeljalil , wedad , abdelrahman and Ilyas they were so kind and generous. Location is great Reception area is so nice and comfortable

The hotel is wonderful and suitable for families, as it is located near the city, very quiet and clean, and the staff there are very friendly and nice when dealing with the guests.

I liked everything about the hotel Magnificent views from the balcony , delicious breakfast and last but not least marvelous spa treatment massage and hammam

Totally lovely and stylish boutique hotel that provided a touch of luxury just when we need it. Comfortable room and excellent bed, terrific roof top bar and restaurant. The standout quality of the hotel is however in its staff - from the very charming and helpful doorman on arrival, the reception staff (who provided all the information we needed for a visit to the mosque on a short trip), through to the restaurant team (who kindly accommodated a late cancellation of a dinner for one of us when I felt unwell - an ongoing issue and nothing to do with the restaurant!) i cannot give high enough praise to the staff team. Thankyou. (Next time i will book to stay in the Man Ray room!)

Great location, parking, huge very modern rooms

Every thing was great… comfort & the restaurant… Conveniently located … not far from a supermarket (2 min walk), Bazaar and madina 10 minutes walk… few nice restaurants nearby.Great Staff

Great hotel, great location, everything was nice and clean. The food is good and staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Aboul Aziz who’s been super super helpful and gave is great tips. 20/10 for the staff! Would definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Hotel is clean with nice lobby , room are clean with nice furniture and comfortable bed location is good near nice restaurant and cafe and staff are friendly kindness , special thanks for Me Amine for his kindness and professional way to manage any issues you have and also thanks for Ms saida in front desk also

The room was exceptional. And the spa was amazing. Kamal was exceptional. We had a surprise cake for my daughters birthday and they catered very well.

Everything, front desk staff manager very accommodating, polite and very helpful.
