United StatesThis place is amazing, the staff the grounds etc. They have 2 alpacas that live on site so that was also really cool. The room we booked was more like a house. Two stories, 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms. It was amazing and we kept comparing everything to Del Pillar which was impossible to do because Del Pillar was the BEST. We especially loved the staff, they were incredible. Our favorite human was Audry, she was not only amazing but so incredible kind, she spent time with us playing games and teaching us language while we were sitting at the bar/restaurants. We really felt like VIP 1000% of the time, she played with our son, made recommendations on the town. Just an incredible human. Honestly Del Pillar was the best stay we had in Peru and the best staff, they even took care of me when I came down with altitude sickness. Just beyond grfeatful for them all.

All the staff we came into contact with were very attentive, professional and friendly.
The room was large, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was superb with wide selection of foods and drinks.

This is a dream property. Stunning landscape and more natural fauna and plants than you can imagine. The service is exceptional from the front desk to the spa to the restaurant to the bar. The food is excellent with many options....delicious! Had massages at the Spa with Ykiko and Katy....they were outstanding!! The attention to detail is really impressive. The hotel is a close walk into town. I give this hotel an 11 out of 10!
