I enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel. I also like the staff was super friendly and they greet you as you’re walking into the hotel and open the door for you hands down. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

Great location! Right off of the i-75 and is close to Atlanta, so we were able to easily travel to the aquarium and other attractions on our visit. Target and restaurants close by too which is nice.

This ideally located downtown Atlanta hotel offers a fitness center and restaurant. The Ritz-Carlton is less than one mile from MARTA mass transit and the State Farm Arena.
