I enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel. I also like the staff was super friendly and they greet you as you’re walking into the hotel and open the door for you hands down. This has to be one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel.

This was a fabulous hotel and way better than I imagined it would be. So glad we didn’t stay closer to River/Bay STreet as that area was dirty and smelly. This hotel was in a great location, clean and felt safe around the area.

My stay was wonderful! The staff were friendly, the room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. I arrived in the evening and the street the hotel was on was well lit. I was traveling alone and I felt safe unloading my car. The room was very spacious, as well as the bathroom, and the price was definitely worth the value! I had a wonderful time and I will definitely be back the next time I go to Albany!
