From reception (Thrin) to housekeeping this hotel stay was exceptional. Sparkling clean, very pleasant staff, reception staff spoke very good English and aways eager to assist without nei g pushy or in your face. They were attending not inly at check in but till our drop off to the airport!

I specially appreciated the hospitality of the staff. While we were at Melia one of my friends wanted to organize sunset bbq dinner to surprise his girlfriend with engagement ring. A staff named Ha Phuong (Hapu) helped us repeatedly to ensure everything was set up perfectly. It even included organizing flowers for the event and all the logistics for 60 people bbq which was successful.
