This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my Japan and Korea trip. The hotel is incredibly modern, with impressive technology throughout and stunning views of Mt Fuji. New property on a hill with great views. Property was very quiet & clean. The room itself was amazing. Lots of space for our party of 5. The private bath was a hit but the deck was the best part! The hotel is a short & easy walk to Gora Station. We left a bag & the hotel staff promptly mailed it back to our house. I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed there for two nights to celebrate my wife's birthday and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger room free of charge. Thank you very much. The staff were very professional and kind. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was delicious. They also served a breakfast with a variety of choices, including Western and Japanese style options. We were very satisfied and will definitely stay there again.
