This hotel truly offers a 5-star experience. Everything from the warmth of the staff, the ambience & cleanliness, the amenities and dining, were exceptional. I also appreciate the team for offering us a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon, and extended our checkout time based on our schedule. The staff is very nice however we just have an issue with the person who is at the Starbucks back area he did not acknowledge us to get our orders we were waiting for 20 minutes yet no acknowledgment which is very rude for him not to do that apart from that everyone else is very good

The property was spacious. It was well maintained and clean! Staff was very polite. I would come back. Location was prime, we crossed the street from the train station and arrived to the hotel :)
