I like the everything from the momwnt I stepped in..I smell the amber fragrance of air freshner, professional staff who arranged my check in, early check in request was mafe available, beautiful unterior from the lobby up to the room. I like the touch screen lift, the unique kettle and ice basket plus a handheld steamer instead of conventional steam iron. The room ID and the toilet ID are well and carefully designed with detailings..plus the carpet, towel, robe are customade complete with the Peranakan motifs. Amazing!

Actually I just published a recommendation post about this hotel..I have to say it’s one of my favorite part of my Penang journey. Everything is just so perfect. I choose hotels mostly depend on the details, and during my stay inside, there’s nothing I can say dislike👍🏻 Clean, bright, intelligent, with very user-friendly layout and space design, returning to the room has become my everyday expectation .. All staff are highly qualified, all the decorations are fascinating. I will definitely choose it again when next time back to Penang.

Everything. I requested for an early check in as I traveled for long hours. They accommodated my request. This is a new hotel, and is one of the best hotels in Penang. Very close to the airport, roof garden is amazing - did my 10k night run at the garden, swimming pool is great, the gym has everything, breakfast at Level 4 is fantastic. Also I went to the executive lounge for evening cocktail - was excellent.

I mentioned this earlier, but I will repeat it here: The manager was so helpful. I was struggling to produce documents for the Thai Consulate. The manager assisted me in printing and scanning a large document. He also sent me a photo that I needed for the Thai Consulate. Other staff were also invaluable at the front desk.
