Great location. The staff were very professional. The breakfast catered to diverse tastes. The room was extremely comfortable. Attention to detail throughout our stay, from the kind personal note in the room, to the fresh pastry awaiting us...can't say enough positive things about our stay. Incredible breakfast and perfect location (right next to the slopes - the one near is mostly for the kids, but there’s a bigger one ~10 mins away from the hotel). The rooms are rather small but clean, good lightning control. The SPA amenities are also great, but can be crowded at times, so I only ended up going later in the evening.

Our stay was really nice. We enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer. The breakfast is delicious, you can find water, tea and coffee in the room. Also the rooms are very clean. Beautiful spa with swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzi. A 10 for the staff!

Location superb. Central. Close to train station - we left by train. The staff at the Registration Desk were always helpful, particularly because we were expecting a pickup of a package bound for Germany by FedEx. FedEx failed to help but your staff were wonderful and very helpful in reassuring us and the German company that the package was safely stored.
