Loved our stay here. The ski and book room made it very convenient to store gear and not have to waste time in the mornings. Parking was near by but not on the property. Great location to walk into town.

The location is perfect - right on the mountain, a minute away from the lift. The included dinner was really cool and breakfasts were excellent

Hotel Das Kohlmais was exactly what we were hoping for and more. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were cozy and comfortable, and we loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. The sauna area was pretty good too, and the whole place had a relaxed and welcoming vibe. The location is also super practical – right in the village and close to the underground garage, so it was easy to get around. What really blew us away though was the food. The restaurant and the chef were on another level – honestly the best I’ve experienced in Austria (and I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels here). I have a milk allergy and they went out of their way every day to create something special and delicious for me. That kind of attention and creativity really stood out. The hotel isn’t huge, which made it feel more personal and cozy.

Central location of the hotel, very nice and stylish hotel, helpful and attentive owner and staff, excellent food, possibility to use the wellness center, rent a bicycle. Gastro surprise and gift at the end.

Very nice place. Everything perfectly organized. Manuel & staff super-helpful. We loved the little grocery shop on-site. Super-helpful when you arrive at a holiday when all shops are closed

Brand new building and crystal clean facilities

This place was really nice! The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. It felt really cozy, like a home away from home.

Most of the things have exceeded my expectations: decent location (10 min by feet from the lift), friendly host, mosquito nets on both terrace door and window, bike stands in the garage.

Close to the ski lift , 50m walk and across the road from a nice bar, restaurant . Night club underneath hotel handy if you have daughters!

This hotel is truly exceptional- rooms are large and very comfortable. The new spa rivals many purpose built facilities and staff are brilliant (positive and helpful with a smile). The standout however is the food - quality ingredients cooked with passion and flair and we were lucky to have Dora as our waitress for the week (right level of chat whilst being totally on it- big thanks). Finally as skiers we were very close to two gondola stations- perfect (that and the spacious boot room)

The menu featured a variety of delicious dishes, showcasing both local flavors and international cuisine. The breakfast buffet was particularly noteworthy, offering a wide selection of fresh and tasty options to start the day. In summary, the hotel exceeded all my expectations and provided an outstanding experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch accommodations, excellent service, and a prime location. I look forward to my next stay!
