Nice hotel with friendly staff

I loved the hotel. Excellent facilities, staff, rooms and super clean.

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.

Convenient Location right at the airport. Took the train to location and it was convenient to reach the hotel from there.

Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

The property was spotless clean and the host was very friendly and gave the best for the comfort of the guest. The location is great and calm and in a short drive distance to the Brussels center.

Comfortable bed, tea-pot, towels, mini-refregerator for short stay. If you want to visit Center of Brussels, that's the best option ever! Train station 2min from the hotel and train stops exactly right here. Shuttle bus to/from airport is included (Every 30 min to/from airport: sharp and half ex nh and every 15/45 min from airport). At the reception you'll get all info needed, map of Brussels and some advises as well.

We arrived earlier than 15:00 and the staff let us check in around 13:00. After a long flight it was the best thing that could happen to us. Thanks a lot!

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The quality of the food was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to choose from each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. I like all , the breakfast, the room. The 2 lady's was the best of the best, the service, the room was perfect , the food for breakfast is A+ , I am keto person and the lady's do especial breakfast for me ,thank I recommend this place 100 %.

So many amenities! Also beautiful reception hall and I loved to be able to run a little bit on the treadmill in the fitness room
