Employees and management in particular Maria Pedroza and the general manager were above and beyond great ! Food outstanding service are very fast and they always extremely polite .. The property outside looks very good, the garden was beautiful and well maintained,however the rooms and restrooms needs an upgrade as an emergency… AC has noises , TVs doesn’t work, water in the showers had a smells and tons of others little details that needs to be fixed. The people are extremely polite and helpful but unfortunately the rooms are a nightmare. Really hope they fixed the problems the place overall has tons of potential to be one of the best hotels of Gravata …
