The staff is the most hospital, personable, professional, and through and through kind people ever. I felt so at home and cared for.

The staff and the hotel were really nice and welcoming and always ready to help. The food was amazing too. Rooms are clean and well designed, comfortable beds and the location is just right in Downtown.

Excellent customer service in the front desk

The staff are exceptional at their jobs. If the staff noticed me standing in line to be seen, another staff member would walk up to me and help me even if they weren't currently manning the front desk themselves. My daughter has a wheat and egg allergy, and the staff were helpful with options for her and checking in with the chefs. The food was all really well done. During dinner, they have someone singing live. The breakfast buffet for my six year old was 15 dollars, and for my three year old, it was free. They had festive lights up already, and it was overall a really nice experience.

Location was great to get walking to touristy places. The ambiance for the season was great, and the staff, in general, were charming and welcoming. No complaint.

Fantastic accomodation for what you pay, imagine stepping outside and being able to see beautiful mountiains, as someone from the UK, its unheard of. Staff were lovely and accomodating!

A nice quiet place to stay while visiting friends in town. Windsor Guest House is a nice old Bed and Breakfast set in a quiet street of Mount Pleasant. The house has pleanty of old-world charm with a relaxing energy. The neighbourhood is calm and peacful while still being close to downtown. The skytrain and Broadway highstreet are minutes walk away making it easy to access downtown and the airport.

The special rooms, and all the facilities make the vacation nice and pleasant. But on top of all it was Diana - the "Queen of her kingdom." A pleasant, kind woman, a woman who traveled to many sites in the world, helps in everything and support you when it is needed . I really feel that we were lucky to stay in her unique place. Highly recommend.

I love the hotel and the location I wanted to stay in another area of Vancouver, not downtown, so it was perfect. Rooms are very confortable, spacious and clean.

This is a nice mini house in the back yard. It has a full kitchen, a big sofa bed for rest/watching tv and a bedroom. The house locates on a quite neighborhood. Not far from tourist attractions in north Vancouver. House host Margaret is very friendly.

Very helpful to have a restaurant in the hotel. Great food and service. All hotel employees were polite, professional and helpful.

We came to Vancouver for the Grey Cup and the St. Regis was centrally located between the convention center and BC Place for the game. There was good dining nearby as well as in the hotel. There are also two subway stops close by as well.
