The staff was very attended and did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They were very sweet to our children as well! Hotel is very near the metro station (not even 5 min. walk?). I would recommand everyone to stay here 😃

I just want to say that my stay at this hotel in Shanghai was absolutely great. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the service was amazing — honestly, beyond my expectations. I’d especially like to mention one of the staff members, Nelly. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I can truly say I’ve never experienced service like this before. She was bilingual, which was a huge plus, because in other parts of China communication was often a challenge. Nelly went completely out of her way to help me in every possible way.
