Service awesome, I could park in the parking garage. There was a fan in the room as well, as it was hot outside. Excellent service in the bar/restaurant.

The property enjoys an excellent location, ideal for day trips to Alsace and the Black Forest, particularly during the Christmas market season. It is conveniently close to the city center, with a local Christmas market and a pleasant promenade nearby. Several supermarkets are located within a 5-minute drive. Service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff. Guests receive complimentary guest cards, providing discounts on local attractions and free regional train travel, including easy access to Freiburg in just 8 minutes. Breakfast was varied and high quality, and free parking is available.

The facilities are beautiful, very well thought-through, and fastidiously clean. The hosts and staff were friendly and professional, and Karin’s punch bowl (maybe a little spiked!) and music quiz were a pleasant way to spend the evening and get to know other guests. We had an absolutely lovely stay!

This place was perfect. Very central so we were able to enjoy the Baden area of Germany plus the Alsace area of France. All the towns are within an hour and a half drive so if you're wanting to see it all, without the expense of the France pricing, then this is your place. Check-in was quite easy and the apartment is fully furnished with whatever you may need, including a kitchen with dishes and cooking ware. Everything was quite clean. The wifi was good enough, even to work a bit. I liked that halfway during our week long stay we came home to a basket with fresh towels, toilet paper, and kitchen towels. The small town that it's located in is quiet and pretty. I was able to walk with my dog later in the evening in the dark and still felt very safe. Just out back across the road is a park with a nice walking trail. I recommend reserving parking whether it's in the lot or a garage if you prefer. There is a washer in the basement that you can use to do your laundry, just no dryer. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice to have been able to enjoy an in-house spa. Excellent Restaurant and a rich breakfast had been served in the morning.

It was an excellent accomodation with exceptional courtesy from the owner of the property.Tgere was every inside this accomodation what a traveller in true sense requires.I would highly recommend this property for stay.

The apartment is incredibly spacious. Even though it's located in the attic, it didn't get too warm during the heat wave, and there was a ventilator available as well. The bed was really comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped and very practical. They offered us a baby cot and a high chair. The owners were very welcoming. The balcony served us well.
