Everything was amazing. The room was nice, and to be honest, just a room, But the location and all of the amenities were out of this world. I had to double check how much I was paying for the night, because it seemed like I could not be getting so much for the rate. Room with a spotless kitchen and balcony with a view of the mountains in the eaves. Excellent breakfast included. Much better choice and quality than more expensive hotels we stayed in. Staff welcoming and helpful. The dining room was busy in the evening with half board guests but they managed to fit us in. Easy parking and elevator access to upper floors.

The place was super clean, and the heated pool was amazing to have! I loved my room, so cozy and well made, also loved the bathroom, spotless clean, great shower. The food was good including a wide selection for breakfast. I wished I could have stayed longer. I am definitely coming back here again!

I loved the location! Beautiful property with view of the mountains and lake. I also LOVED how kid friendly it was. My daughter loved the horses, cows, bunny, and cat. The indoor play area was also great! The weather was a little cold and rainy most of our stay so that was nice. The outdoor play area was also nice and would have used it more if it had been sunnier.
