Lovely location and easy to park. We were warmly welcomed by a member of the staff, and we appreciated the tour of the property before entering our room. Great honesty bar and breakfast. The spa was also fantastic.

For generations this establishment has been under family management, and is full of tradition. It is located in widely known Glottertal, north of the city of Freiburg.

The hotel was a traditional architecture of german style, it was cosy, not crowded. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept, it had a big balcony with a great view and you could relax in the chairs. In the morning you could hear birds singing and it was really quiet. The brakfast was amazing. 15 min from Freiburg, 1 hour from the airport, 1 hour from Colmar. We rented a car at the airport and it was a comfortable way of transport. The scenery of the black forest and all the villages nearby was stunning. The staff was great and helpful. The room was big and clean, it had all the comfort you could need and also a socket by the bed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Boutique Apartments Kirchzarten. The property is just a minute walk from train station. It was clean and the manager Kerstin was very helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped. Having washing machine inside apartment really helped. The views from windows are awesome. We loved the small town Kirchzarten and enjoyed its proximity to Fribourg as well. All of us wished we had more time in this town.

Lovely room, it has a sloped ceiling with a skylight over the bed, perfect for stargazing at night. The hotel offers a rich breakfast, and there are comfortable sofas and chairs place everywhere. The little bear sitting in front of the room makes it more like a home.
