4-Star Hotels in Annecy

I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

The staff was accomodating of me and my little dog--they even provided a metal bowl and a dog bed! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was very quiet, so the sound insulation was good between rooms.

It's the best location on the whole lake, simply beautiful, and above all, quiet and not crowded. The view from the rooms/dining area is beautiful and peaceful. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. The staff - specifically the two women who work at the hotel front desk reception - are very pleasant, professional, and proactive. Breakfast had a nice selection and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed having "apéro" before dinner overlooking the lake. Every day we walked 2 steps and jumped into the lake. You can also rent bikes/pedalos/kayaks/sups from right in front of the hotel which was great.

We got married at the castle next door and they went above and beyond for us on our day we danced and drank wine! Everyone was so nice

It is very spacious, comfortable and clean. Location is less than 5mins walk from the old town.

host very nice and patient, we arrived late. the apartment is fully equipped and brand new. the parking. near the lac. very clean. very quiet . kitchen fully equipped. Toilet hand shower :-)

The location is absolutely flawless. The view from the window is superb. Its in walking zone only so we parked our big sized van at the underground patking garage called hotel Deville parking but its public. From parking to apartment is about 150 meters where you have to drag your suitcase.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the restaurant area. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The locked garage was very convenient. Just don't rent too big of a vehicle (good advice anyhow in Europe).

Great location, very close to everything including the Christmas market and restaurants. Lots of space.

The apartment was modern, well furnished and had fabulous views of the canal. The apartment is centrally located to restaurants, shops and a five minute walk to the lake. Our liaison met us with the keys and check in was a breeze. The secure, paid parking garage is less than a 5 minute walk away. We enjoyed a boat tour on the lake and when the weather cleared, we had a fabulous, sun-filled day riding bikes around the lake and stopping for lunch at a lakeside venue. It was a very relaxing visit.

Fantastic location directly on the canal with a magical view. Steps to shopping, the market, bicycle rental and underground parking. Master bedroom and ensuite was well appointed and had an enormous shower. Would absolutely recommend and stay again.
