A wonderful hotel with nice staff and great rooms. You have everything you need. It's just a 15 minutes walk from the centre. Book a room with seaview - it was our absolute highlight!

The location is perfect for using the train to visit places on the riviera, especially for Monaco and Monte Carlo which is only 2 stops away. It is perfect for self catering as there is a supermarket just next door to the hotel The pool is really nice and peaceful The hotel is lovely and clean throughout Reception staff are friendly and helpful

The best vacation ever! This place is incredibly old and steeped in history—it's about 200 years old! Our apartment was likely a ballroom in the 1860s, which feels truly magical. First, I want to express my gratitude to the owner, who went above and beyond to help us settle into the apartment. He recommended restaurants, shopping spots, travel tips, and sightseeing opportunities—he covered everything! Inside the apartment, there were even maps highlighting places to see and visit. Second, the apartment itself had everything we could possibly need—starting with a baby high chair, toys, and puzzles for the kids, and ending with beach umbrellas and a shopping cart! The spacious rooms and private bathrooms made it feel so comfortable and not crowded at all. The location is perfect! Everything was within walking distance. We only used our car for trips to Monaco and Nice. Menton is a cozy, beautiful town full of history, and we explored its charm and heritage every day. We even had the little bazar 2 min walk from the place - to take fresh bread, olives and dry meat! Definitely worth every penny! A priceless experience with exceptional service!

This apartment was absolutely perfect. Ludmila was very welcoming. Incredible views, perfect location right across the street from the sea, beautifully decorated. There are mats and even a beach bag for you. Keep in mind the beach is stones, not sand, but the water is clear and beautiful. It's a perfect swimming location, and you can rent sea equipment across the street. Only request would be to please provide swim towels. The kitchen is very well equipped, with all the basics you would need, including washer and dishwasher, dishes and utensils, and basic spices/oil, cleaning products, etc. The welcome goodies were appreciated! There is also a lovely restaurant right below on the ground floor, with a Gelateria! We were thankful for the gated parking space - everything was safe and secure. Monaco is a short 10-15 minute drive away, as is Menton. Nice and Cannes approximately a half hour to an hour away, respectively, as well. We will definitely be coming back!

The young girl at the reception was so lovely and kind, I wish I could stay there again. Cap Martin is a gorgeous place and so is the location of the hotel :-D
