The staff was accomodating of me and my little dog--they even provided a metal bowl and a dog bed! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was very quiet, so the sound insulation was good between rooms.

I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

It's the best location on the whole lake, simply beautiful, and above all, quiet and not crowded. The view from the rooms/dining area is beautiful and peaceful. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. The staff - specifically the two women who work at the hotel front desk reception - are very pleasant, professional, and proactive. Breakfast had a nice selection and everything was delicious. We also enjoyed having "apéro" before dinner overlooking the lake. Every day we walked 2 steps and jumped into the lake. You can also rent bikes/pedalos/kayaks/sups from right in front of the hotel which was great.

We got married at the castle next door and they went above and beyond for us on our day we danced and drank wine! Everyone was so nice

The apartment is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable with all mod cons. The balcony and view of the mountains were amazing (despite a crane in the foreground). All the rooms were good (it's very difficult to find three decent sized doubles) and we appreciated the provision of a bath and two showers. The location was good for us because of the easy provision of bikes, electric bikes and buses (you can't fit six people in a car) to reach Annecy and other destinations round the lake. It was also wonderfully quiet. The lake is brilliant: clean with lots of easy access beaches spaced round it - although it was a 10 minute walk to our nearest. Annecy itself is very beautiful and interesting. We arrived late (don't try to drive from Geneva Airport to Sevrier in rush hour when it's raining) and Sebastian was very patient changing our arrival arrangements and ensuring our first arrivals could get in. His office is conveniently located next door if you need anything - we hired the bikes, which arrived with helmets, which was useful.

This home is exceptionally comfortable and conveniently located near the bike path, public beaches, grocery stores, and a patisserie. It is very clean and fully equipped. The garage was perfect for storing our rented bikes each evening. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor patio for our meals. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing a nice cool retreat after spending most of the day in the sun at the beach.

This place was wonderful! The location was perfect. It's a 5-10 minute drive into Annecy or an hour walk along the lake. Located in Sevrier, the apartment is about a 10 minute walk from the closest beach. We didn't cook much, but it seemed to have the basics needed for meal prep. What really made this place amazing was the terrace. 10/10 view of the lake. We had planned to do more in the area, but the terrace was so nice, we ended up spending one afternoon just reading and enjoying the view. The hosts were wonderful and it was very easy to access the apartment upon arrival. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely apartment with great views over the Lake. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. Location very good...with easy access to Annecy by bus.

The proximity to Annecy and the cycle lane and supermarket. The outside area was lively and felt a safe place to stay. Parking was great.

Patricia was a great host and always on hand to help when needed. The house is in a great location close to beaches and a short walk from the centre of town

Location, bed was very comfortable, AC
