Everything!! I did not want to share this with anyone as it is such a wee gem of a place . Its like having a wee private oasis I truly loved this place .....felt totally at ease here ..I cannot recommend it enough

The location was perfect for Loch Lomond and local hikes.

Excellent facilities, ammenities and service.

Attention to detail. Gary was welcoming and so accommodating after we arrived late due to a highway closure enroute. I liked the vintage touches in the room like the turntable! Luxurious towels and bedding too.

We were very happy with this hotel situated above a pub and located on the water . The room was very comfortable and we looked out over Gare Loch and saw a Cruise Ship in the distance on the opposite side to the hotel . We had dinner and breakfast and both were very enjoyable.

Absolutely beautiful apartment, the location was perfect! It was just a few minutes drive from everything we needed, plus lots to do nearby for the kids including the Aquarium. The castle apartment was well stocked and in great condition, the beds were super comfortable and we all slept really well! Lovely quiet location, and gorgeous view to the right of the balcony over the Loch. Liz was very friendly and helpful, and extremely kind when we had a family issue, we were so impressed by her wonderful customer service. Little touches like the bread/milk/wine etc were a lovely touch! Would highly recommend staying here, such a lovely place, suited our little family very well! (We also highly recommend the Duck Bay restaurant just a few mins drive away, great food and amazing service!)

Beautiful property with outdoor space to relax. You can walk into Balloch. Lots of activities near by.
