Great refurbished apartment in older building, but appropriate for the city. The location is quiet and the bed is comfortable. The AC was good. Host had good communication and was professional.

Location GREAT Location right in the Palace walls, small studio kitchen, restaurants everywhere, harbor for boat tours 5 min walk, Uber, taxis, and bus 5 min walk. Owners keep the apartment very clean and I enjoyed how they communicated. Very nice owners who live in the building and available to contact. Both bedrooms twin bed and king bed, have a nice balcony. Both beds were comfortable with nice linens.

I had a fantastic stay!!! the rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and well-equipped. Vaneca was extremely friendly, professional, and always offering to help and support and even going extra miles being a local expert... The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxation.. moreover the restaurant offers wonderful authentic balkans dishes that would definitely love 💕 The only aspect that didn’t quite suits our needs was the location, as it’s a bit away from public transport. couldnt be an issue if we had rented a car, for travelers with a car this could be an ideal spot as there’s ample parking available…

This apartment is fabulous-clean, roomy, comfortable and even though you are only a 5 minute drive from the airport it seems like you are still on holiday with the beach just a short walk away with incredible views and lovely local restaurants. The owners are very polite and go out of their way to make sure your stay is comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be close to Split airport but want to feel like they are still on vacation.

Everything, location, free parking, had every appliance under the sun including kettle and coffee maker and smoothie bullet so much more than the place we stayed before this which cost 50% more but we had to buy our own oil salt pepper where this had everything, highly recommend, very spacious and clean!!!

Very modern, clean and cozy. Close to the local beach (2 minutes walk). Coffee bar, bakery and supermarket next door. Reserved parking spot.

I had an amazing stay at Perla Castellana Apartment in Split. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and the host was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!
