Apartment Perla No1 is a modern building located in a quiet neighborhood, 250m from the sea and 7km from the Split-Kastela airport. The distance of the apartment from the town center is 250m and 300m from the beach. Shops, a bank and a post office are 200m away. The distance to the city of Split where Diocletian's Palace is located is 14km, while the city of Trogir, which is also under the protection of UNESCO, is 9 km away. The apartment is equipped with an electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine and other equipment necessary for a comfortable and carefree stay. The apartment also has private parking, which is free of charge, as well as an outdoor grill with garden furniture made of premium solid wood and a lawn.
Perla No1 is located in a small Dalmatian town that nurtures the Dalmatian way of life with its tradition. So, a 10-minute walk from the apartment you have the restaurant Ballet School, which nurtures Mediterranean and Dalmatian cuisine. 300m from the building is a park where various cultural events are held in the height of the season, and the very center of Kaštel Kambelovac has the beauty of a real small Dalmatian town with its stone houses, the Cambi tower ant the church of St.Michael.
