Everything about the hotel was brilliant. The breakfast was excellent with a choice of menus. The location was very suitable for sightseeing.

The front desk staff was extraordinary! They went above and beyond to help us locate my husband's lost phone (left in a cab!), and were wonderful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The breakfast was outstanding as well!

The hosts Ann & Michael were lovely, so friendly and their home was beautiful. Plenty of parking for the bikes and just walking distance to pubs

The place was very clean, had teas and coffee available during the day. Far enough from city center to not get the noise, but close enough if you want a 45min walk (or 15 min bus from right outside the door). Stephen was an absolute delight and one of the friendliest persons I've ever met. Would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Glasgow.

The property was very clean and well kept. Was a great quiet place to stay as a solo traveler.

All staff we interacted with were lovely, friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotels location was great for travelling into Galway town with a bus stop outside the building.

Sorcha modified my booking on the same day so we could stay 1 day longer. ✨️ Clean, cozy, breakfast hamper was yum, on the Bay, and in the center of town. Start to finish everything was perfect. Definitely returning.
