Breakfast was amazing. The ambience of the hotel was excellent. Dinner buffet was so good esp the desserts.

Everything from booking to check-out was flawless. Before our stay, I corresponded with the team by email to arrange airport pickup and a spa treatment, and they were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Everything ran smoothly, we were given a beautiful room, and the service throughout was exceptional. The spa was equally wonderful – my massage was fantastic, and the entire space felt calm, spotless, and truly relaxing. Thank you so much to the whole team!

Clean, comfortable, and modern hotel with friendly, attentive, and professional staff. Very convenient for short stays when transferring between flights. The hotel kindly provided a great packed breakfast for my early checkout and accommodated my dietary requirements. Megha was fantastic—she helped with my luggage, assisted me with checking in for my next flight, and showed me the quickest route while helping me avoid the queues. Love the place and the room. Quite cozy. The reception needs to be a little more faster. The reception is really slow at allocating rooms and organizing the guests. Other than that the experience was quite good .

My company had booked a stay at Z Bliss Suites in the BKC area for me as I had come for a Business Meet, and I must say that I had a fantastic experience here. The property manager Randhir made sure that the check-in process was smooth and the room was ready upon my arrival. The room was clean, well lit, the bedsheets were washed well and ironed and the room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The steam room and spa were excellent, providing a relaxing escape. The gym was well-maintained and had good equipments. The overall ambience was peaceful and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay!

Everything was good especially Santosh the doorman was really helpful with giving the right suggestions or else i would have missed my flight.
