warm staff and excellent service

Excellent hotel. We had a wonderful stay. The staff were accommodating. The food was incredible. Located at the heart of Kolkata. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room provided was really clean and big enough..tv and ac were working superbly ...clean towels were provided during the stay...bed is really comfortable..and cozy....the front desk lady was also very helpful...and the rest of the staff is polite as well ...would recommend anyone to stay here...be a family or a solo traveller it's a value for money place

Rooms were neat, service was prompt and staff was very warm. The location was also great. There are many great restaurants and places to visit.

Great hotel in the old style with magnificent furnishings. We received a room with a bath, for which my wife it is difficult, so they change our room to a very nice room one with a shower. Staffe were very friendly and very helpful.

Check-in was smooth. The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy, the bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. loved the room size. staff was also good.

This OYO hotel Jalan regency is the worst hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel is zero and the bed sheet was not changed even for a single day in three days and when asked the hotel staff says that the the washerman not coming . The most useless hotel is in Kolkata. Go to this hotel once and remain disappointed throughout your life. This is the specialty of this hotel.

The staff were very nice at reception while waiting for my room, and the waiters at the restaurant were friendly and chatty. The room was on the corner and had a nice view of the backstreets with colourful houses. The room was clean and had good amenities. Centrally located, I could walk everywhere, which was really good.

Food was excellent. Excellent property. Courteous staff. Stay was comfortable and pleasing. Loved the hospitality. Nice and spacious bathrooms!
