A lovely resort, set in a beautiful location. We were not expecting the level of service, the ambience, the food and just the amazing hospitality of this place. Throughout most of my stay, the customer service was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, accommodating, and always treated me with the utmost respect, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. However, I must mention that during the last two days of my stay, there was a noticeable decline in the level of service provided. Regrettably, the staff's attentiveness and respect were not up to the standard set in the earlier days of my visit. The rooms at this hotel are aesthetically pleasing and have a nice ambiance.

It is a calm and quiet place. We could enjoy the rain from the rooftop.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a pleasant experience. The property is clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable. The receptionist and the owner were both friendly and professional, we felt safe and welcomed throughout our visit. Recommend Sanketam Motel for a short and peaceful stay. It’s a good choice if you're looking for a clean, safe, and friendly place to stay.

The staff are super friendly. I was under the impression that I had booked my plan with breakfast and went to have breakfast with family. My family and I came and were having breakfast when they came and told that it was without breakfast. But the staff were very cordial and they did not charge us also later for the same. Calicut is known for its hosting and it showed here thoroughly. We came to Calicut just to explore food so we're basically having food outside. Still we tried their chicken spring rolls, fish fingers, tea and coffee. It was brilliant.

The location was nearby the main road and the cleanliness of the property and room was remarkable.

The room was not clean, poor sanitation, no towel and other essentials were provided. Poor experience.
