The property is very clean, staffs are execellent, we booked the “Clasic Room” but on check-in we were offered “pristine room”. The reception staff specifically Miss Aditi was very polite and humble and offered us the pristine room as we were 3 member. and the room was really good. Will always choose this hotel whenever I go to mumbai. Breakfast too was excellent. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls nearby

Overall, I would recommend Hotel Ibis Navi Mumbai for its value, cleanliness, and service. With a few enhancements in the dining and connectivity experience, it could be even better.

Services is not good for the customer. I am happy got two hours early check in.
