I recently stayed at BW Hotel in Vrindavan, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel's cleanliness, location, and staff were all top-notch. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast options were delicious, and the laundry service was convenient. They even assisted with arranging transportation, making my stay seamless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vrindavan and look forward to staying here again. Our stay at Nidhivan Sarovar Portico was truly exceptional! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, making our family trip to Vrindavan even more memorable. The rooms were extremely comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant stay. We opted for room service and were delighted with the food. We ordered pasta, poha, and sandwiches, all prepared without onion and garlic, in keeping with Vrindavan's tradition. The food arrived surprisingly fast, and the taste was absolutely delicious. The hotel's ability to maintain such high-quality flavors while respecting local customs deserves special mention. Overall, this hotel perfectly blends comfort, tradition, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vrindavan for a peaceful and delightful stay. We look forward to returning in the future! 5/5 stars!

They were very accommodating to my requests at breakfast

We took a standard room for the first day and later moved to a Premium room as we wanted more space. Mr. Ravi Choudhary and his house keeping team were prompt in service and ensured my stay is comfortable. Best part was food. Mr. Kundan was a great chef, Akash / Ruchit were helping with our orders. They went above and beyond to make Bhindi for me though it was not on their menu. Breakfast is 11/10.

The Room is not Accoustically sound , hence you can hear the lobby music ....so if you make noice in the room , they can hear you so , please dont make noice

Just checked out from Nandan Retreat today and I’m honestly impressed. Peaceful vibes, clean and comfortable rooms, tasty food, and a super helpful staff. Close to the temples but still calm and quiet. Would definitely come back

This hotel stands out not because of one particular feature, but because of the complete experience it offers. The environment was consistently calm, the service dependable, and the attention to detail noticeable throughout my stay. There was a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction that could be felt in every interaction. By the time I checked out, I felt refreshed, appreciated, and eager to return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at shree jii Hotel, Vrindavan. The staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and always ready to help. The reception team provided exceptional service and truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The restaurant food was amazing, and the kitchen team did a fantastic job. thanks for their excellent service and warm hospitality. Housekeeping was outstanding, especially , who ensured our room was always clean, fresh, and well maintained. I sincerely apologize if I missed mentioning anyone, but the entire team worked wonderfully together. They made our stay very comfortable, pleasant, and memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vrindavan and would happily stay here again.

Staying here felt less like booking accommodation and more like discovering a place designed around guest comfort. The property maintained an inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. It’s near to the prem mandir but it’s bit difficult to find the property because it’s inside colony

The hotel is new, very well maintained. Rooms were clean, and have a really cool vibe! All the staff was always smiling and happy to help. Good location too, close enough to all temples but still away from the bustle. The breakfast was great. The team prepared as per my liking and taste. Though it was all veg, the food was fresh and super tasty. Thank you to the chef and his team.
