Property was very nice. Breakfast is included, but there is no lunch and dinner as noted on bookings.com. But the breakfast is wonderful. The staff gentlemen are so kind and helpful. Location is good with a nice downtown in several streets to walk around and eat.

The ladies will understand…I needed a flat iron for my hair. Couldn’t find one anywhere in our travels to Reggio and Sicily. I asked the concierge at Gullo. Not only did she find a place for me to purchase one, she investigated to make sure there was a variety and gave me a hard copy of the directions because for some request because for some reason she was unable to send them to me.
