The hotel was in a former villa with an attractive sitting room and dining room and a little roof terrace. It was quiet, with a beautiful view of hills and trees but within easy reach of the centre of town. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent, cordial and helpful and the location convenient to Urbino. Restaurant had good food and a variety of choices. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is super-clean. The staff is friendly and is doing their best. The rooms are comfy (with one exception, see below). The spa is good, considering the space allocated.
