Staff was amazingly friendly. Food was delicious and able to accommodate for dietary restrictions. The dinners are beautiful and gives a great view of the sunset across the lake.

The staff were incredibly friendly and thoughtful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to introduce us to many great local spots nearby and even helped arrange contacts for us which made everything so easy and stress-free. The location is excellent, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the property itself feels like a peaceful resort retreat set on the hillside. Horonai is a charming and scenic town, and there is also a wonderful onsen nearby that we really enjoyed.
