This place simply exceed all expectations. The staff members, the cleanliness, the rooms, the restaurant and the cafe and all the little attentions are simply amazing. Location is perfect to reach central Tokyo and HND airport easily.

Convenient location for train station and shopping. Front desk staff very attentive.

Great location. The room was very nice and the air conditioning cooled the room quickly. The laundry facilities had a washer/dryer unit that provides it own detergent and locks with a person code so that only you can access your laundry. Staff spoke English well and were very helpful.

The staff was very kind! We had 5 people in one room, 2 double beds and 1 sofa bed. They put sheets and bedding on the sofa bed already when we arrived which was very nice. More spacious than other hotels I've been to

Its proximity to Haneda Airport. Even if the trains or buses are no longer operational, uber or taxi to the said hotel is inexpensive. I also like the practical walking distance to the train station.

On the airport, although no visible signs to reach it easily. On Haneda airport got Suica!

The room, the location, the ambience everything met our expectation. The rooms were very neat, clean and tidy. The nearby area was also good. Overall great experience at Tmark City Hotel Tokyo Omori.

Breakfast at 7 am just won’t work if you booked tours which usually meets up at 7:45, wish it was 6:30 at least.

The hotel is very close to Shin Yokohama station so it's an easy few minutes walk. The beds were slightly less firm than our other hotels and the pillows much softer so that was great after 3 weeks of very firm beds and pillows. The room was one of the biggest we stayed in, so much easier to open our two suitcases and, as was the case in all our hotels, it was spotlessly clean. All in all very comfortable.

Great hotel, located at the airport at Terminal 2. We got 2 free water bottle, there was an international charger. We used it because we landed post the time that the Airport Express Limousine bus is operating.

The view from my room was amazing! I Loved the layout of the building and felt everything was kept to a high standard. I chose this hotel because I was attending a Yokohama match at the Nissan stadium and so it was just a 20 minute walk to the ground! Overall, no complaints and I will be back if I attend another game in the future.
