Beautiful room and the onsen was incredible! The perfect way to end the night and take in the city lights.

If you can splurge, treat yourself and stay in the 'Suite with Sauna.' It is perhaps my favorite hotel room ever. (And I've stayed in a lot of different hotels.) The wet room alone, which includes a large tub, private sauna, shower, cold plunge, and terrace, was truly awe inducing. But on top of that, the room was extremely spacious with a sleek, modern design. It came with very comfortable beds, a drop-down movie/tv screen with projector, a kitchen, and even a washing machine! It was such a wonderful experience for our family. The hotel staff is also friendly and helpful. I forgot an item in the room, and they were kind enough to return it by mail.

We loved history of the Portuguese era and the location was amazing, walking distance to most attractions. Nagasaki is our favorite place on this visit, and would recommend it and the hotel

Good price, Very large and well designed rooms, and great location next to the station and a shopping center.

Very clean and elegant hotel. Right in Chinatown and easily accessible from the station by trolley. Excellent breakfast and a very luxurious stay. Staff were very accommodating.
