style and the Yukatas were perfect. The dinner and breakfast were incredible, we enjoyed everything they served.
The possibility of using several public bath on the whole town was a really nice experience.

United StatesIt's clean and the staff are very accommodating. Even staff around the area went above and beyond helping us get to the hotel from the train station. We missed the shuttle and they tracked down a bus to help us get there. The food was also fresh and beautifully prepared and the onsen was nice.

The location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was very stylish. There is no need of reservation for the private onsens.

Very comfortable stay, enjoyed the modern take on the ryokan experience. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Enjoyed the location and would recommend if staying in Kinosaki.

Everything is incredible from the moment you step in: the lobby is tastefully decorated, the library has a great selection of books, the private onsen are perfect to wind down, the location is great, the staff is very attentive and friendly and were able to accommodate our requests, the rooms are perfect - retaining the charme of the house while being newly renovated, and the food is probably the best we’ve had during our holiday in Japan. Wow, we loved our stay here!
